DealRelations Inc. built DealRelations web application as a commercial application providing advanced Customer Relationship Management Software As A Service for a monthly fee per user.

As our customer using DealRelations you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The app does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify you and/or your contacts other than for the purpose of providing you with additional service, optimizing the app, identifying and removing software bugs and similar use. Such applications include Amazon, Google Apps, Microsoft 365 and other memory optimization/bug monitoring apps and logging apps.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices' Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

• Contact Apps: Contacts may synchronize between the App and those services and are stored in our database
• Calendar Apps: Calendar information may synchronize back and forth between the app and those services and is stored in our database
• Email Apps: Emails from those applications are accessed through our app but will only be stored in our database after the user has explicitly inquired for such storage on a per email basis. Emails from our App can also be sent through those authorized Apps if the user provides such a permission.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
